WEST LAFAYETTE, IN – AIT Laboratories is proud to announce that President and CEO Michael A. Evans, Ph.D. was invited to join the board of directors for Perfinity BioSciences, Inc., a newly formed entity that recently raised $2.33 million in new capital.

Perfinity was formed by Quadraspec, Inc. to pursue a new business plan, focusing on sample preparation techniques and tools to facilitate mass spectrometry. Perfinity has filed for a patent on a new method of sample preparation for mass spectrometers, developed by Fred Regnier, Ph.D., a member of the faculty of Purdue University, and one of the original scientific founders of Quadraspec.
